Your warranty is a guarantee provided by Synergy in Turf, the manufacturer of Grasshopper and Synergy brands of artificial turf products. It assures you the products you buy are of good quality and don’t contain manufacturing defects.
Our Warranty provides you, the consumer, the right to ask Synergy in Turf to deal with any issues according to our Terms and conditions.
Our promise is that your artificial grass will look great all year round, is protected by UV stabilisers for outdoor use, and in the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault we will repair, replace or credit the value of the affected area.
Our range of synthetic grass products require no mowing. It’s easy to remove leaves and debris and pet habits can be quickly sanitised with warm water and mild detergent.
- Brush the grass regularly with a stiff broom or rake.
- Keep the grass free of debris and leaves.
- Remove leaves using a leaf blower or rake.
- Remove any weeds immediately to prevent seed dispersal.
- Use clean water to rinse off any spills such as liquids, sauce or melted ice cream.
- Pet excrement or smells can be removed using a shovel or detergent and water.
- Avoid contact with hot materials (or close proximity to glass structures) to prevent shrinkage of the grass fibres.
